Change is coming to a Greater Cincinnati High School near you! We are excited to help bring C.A.P (Conduit Apprentice Program) to local High Schools. We have seen a general decline in trade programs over the last decade due in part to budget cuts and the emphasis we place on college learning. Our industry is experiencing a critical shortage of skilled labor. Conduit, along with other area contractors are offering education and employment in the trades as an option for those kids who feel that college may not be a fit for them.
